Built for how Bahrain homes actually use power.
High electricity bills
Expat households pay 32 fils per unit. Solar can replace up to 90% of that with power from your own roof.
AC stays on during outages
A home battery can keep your AC, fridge, and lights running when the grid goes down — even in peak summer.
Heavy summer AC usage
Sized for Bahrain summers, when AC drives bills up. The system is largest exactly when you need it most.

Common questions.
Will it work during a power outage?
Yes — including your AC. The battery is sized to keep up to several hours of AC running through an outage, alongside fridge, lights, and Wi-Fi, so the house can stay cool even in peak summer when the grid drops. Switchover is automatic and fast enough that you don't notice it.
Do I really need a battery?
If outage protection matters to you, yes. The battery also stores daytime solar so you keep using your own electricity at night, instead of buying it back from EWA.
How much can I save in Bahrain?
Expat households on the 32-fils tariff can see up to an 80–90% drop in their EWA bill — up to 850 BD a year for a typical villa. Actual savings depend on your consumption and roof. Use the calculator above for an estimate tied to your usage.
How long does installation take? Do I need EWA approval?
Most villas are completed in 1–2 days. Because the system is fully off-grid — your home runs on its own panels and battery rather than feeding the grid — no EWA permissions or paperwork are required. You don't need to do anything technical.
What maintenance is required?
Very little. A light cleaning 2–4 times a year is enough because of Bahrain's dust. We offer an optional care plan from 80 BD a year that covers cleaning and a system check-up.
What happens if something breaks?
Panels are covered by a 25-year performance warranty, the battery by 10 years, and the inverter by manufacturer warranty. Our local team handles any service visits.
Can it run the whole house — including AC?
Yes. We size the system to your actual summer consumption, AC included. A typical Bahrain villa can run multiple AC units, fridge, lighting, and appliances on the system. Coverage depends on your home's total load — during a site visit we'll confirm exactly what the system can handle. If you'd prefer a smaller system that covers only essentials, we can quote that too.
